Diagnostic Hysteroscopy

A Hysteroscopy examins the inside of the uterus (womb) using a very thin tube telescope called a hysteroscope. It It is passed through the vagina and cervix (neck of the womb) to assess the inside of the uterusand the opening of the Fallopian tubes. The procedure can diagnose polyps, adhesions and fibroids which can be removed at the same time.
